Panel discussion “State policy of software import substitution”
within the framework of PgConf.Russia 2017

The panel discussion will gather together Russian IT-specialists, representatives of governmental structures, and journalists.

The discussion covers hot topics of import substitution, including its economic, organizational and legal aspects. The participants will share their experience of migration to the Russian software, views on Russian IT-industry consistency with modern requirements and ability to solve the issues posed.
