Personal data agreement

By signing in a personal profile on the website https://www.pgconf.ru the User in gives his/her free and voluntary consent to Postgres Professional Limited Liability Company located at the address: Russia, Moscow, ul.Dmitria Ulianova, 7a (hereafter referred to as the “Operator”) to personal data processing in his/her interests under the following terms and conditions (hereafter referred to as the “Consent”):

1. 1. The personal data processing is aimed at submission of applic ations for participation in conferences, workshops, and other events, receiving newsletters, and publication of information about past events.
2. 2. This Consent covers the following personal data:
   1. 1. Personal details which are not special or biometrical, such as the full name, e-mail, telephone number, sex, photo images and video files, place of employment, position held; and user’s details, such as the OS type and version, browser type and version, hardware type, the source from which the user has been referred to our website, and prov ider’s details.
3. 3. The event program containing personal data (full names, places of employment, positions, and photos) of participants presenting reports may be posted on the dedicated website. When the event is closed, video recordings of reports and pict ures of any participants taken in the process of such event will be posted on the website. Neither the full list of participants nor their contact details will be published.
4. 4. The operator is entitled to outsource individual users’ personal data processing to any th ird parties on the basis of contracts entered into with such parties.
5. 5. The list of operations with personal data to which the user provides this Consent includes collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (update and changing), ext raction, use, transmission (distribution, and provision of or access to such data), anonymization, blocking, deleting, and destruction.
6. 6. This Consent is provided for computer-assisted personal data processing.
7. 7. In processing personal data the operator is guided by Article 24 of the Constitution of the Russian Federation, Article 6 of the Federal Law No.152-FZ “On Personal Data” dated July 27, 2006, its Articles of Association and business documents determining its policy in the field of personal data processing, and this Con sent to personal data processing.
8. 8. Personal data will be processed within 3 (three) calendar years from the moment of the last event which the user is registered for. This limitation of the period of personal data processing does not apply to data published on webs ites of such events. If the user has not been registered to any event, his/her personal data will be processed within one year from the moment of his/her signing up on the website https://pgconf.ru/.
9. 9. This Consent may be revoked by the individual user or his/her pe rsonal representative on the basis of a written request sent to the address specified at the beginning of this Consent.
10. 10. If the individual user or his/her personal representative revokes the Consent to personal data processing, the Operator is entitled to continue processing of the personal data without consent of its owner provided that grounds stipulated in Article 6 Part 1 Clauses 2 to 11, Article 10 Part 2, and Article 11 Part 2 of the Federal Law No.152-FZ “On Personal Data” dated July 27, 2006, exist.
11. 11. This Consent w ill be valid during the entire period till the moment of termination of processing of the personal data specified in Clauses 8 and 9 herein.
